You can insert a link in any part of the document. The inserted link can be edited, copied, and deleted.
1.Place the cursor in the place of the document where you want to insert the link. 2.Open the window using one of the following methods: •In the Command menu, select > . •Click the on the Toolbar. If the window size does not allow to display the entire Toolbar, the command will be displayed by clicking the button on the Toolbar. •Right-click and select in the context menu. 3.In the window that opens, in the field, enter the text that will be displayed as a link. The text selected before inserting the link will be automatically substituted in the field. 4.In the field, enter the url of the page to which the link will lead. 5.Click . The text of the inserted link will have default formatting. Change the formatting if necessary. When you add a link to the selected text piece that already contains a link or part of a link:
•The window of editing an existing link will open, if the selection starts with a link. •A new link will be added to the selected piece if the selection starts with plain text. For a link to be active, enter its URL along with the protocol. For example: •http://website.ru •https://website.ru •ftp://192.100.0.0 |
Links can be added to the document directly, without calling the insert window. To do this, proceed as follows: 1.Enter the URL of the link in the desired place in the document. 2.Press or ( ). MyOffice Text automatically recognizes and makes active links of the following types: •www.website.ru •user.name@domain.ru There is no need to enter protocols for them. |
To change the inserted link, do the following: 1.Open the link editing window using one of the following methods: •Hold the cursor over the link or click on it with the left mouse button, in the pop-up window, click . •Place the cursor on the link text and click the button on the Toolbar. If the window size does not allow to display the entire Toolbar, the command will be displayed by clicking the button on the Toolbar. •Right-click and select in the context menu. •Place the cursor in the link text and select > . 2.Make changes in the window that opens and save them. |
To copy the link, use one of the following methods: •Hold the cursor over the link or click it with the left mouse button. In the pop-up window, click . •Right-click the link and select in the context menu. |
To go to the link inserted into the file, do one of the following: •Hold the cursor over the link or click on it with the left mouse button. Click the link address in the pop-up window. •Right-click the link and select in the context menu. •Click the link while holding down the ( ) key. |
To delete a link, do one of the following: •Move the cursor over the link or click the link with the left mouse button. In the pop-up window that appears, click the button. •Click the link with the right mouse button and select in the context menu. •Delete text containing the link. When removing a link using the context menu or the button, the link address is removed, but the text which contained the link remains in the document. |
