You can insert a link in any part of the document. The inserted link can be edited, copied, and deleted.
1.Place the cursor in the place of the document where you want to insert the link. 2.Open the Insert Link window using one of the following methods: •In the Command menu, select Insert > Link. •Click the •Right-click and select Insert link in the context menu. 3.In the window that opens, in the Text field, enter the text that will be displayed as a link. The text selected before inserting the link will be automatically substituted in the Text field. 4.In the URL field, enter the url of the page to which the link will lead. 5.Click OK. The text of the inserted link will have default formatting. Change the formatting if necessary. When you add a link to the selected text piece that already contains a link or part of a link:
•The window of editing an existing link will open, if the selection starts with a link. •A new link will be added to the selected piece if the selection starts with plain text. For a link to be active, enter its URL along with the protocol. For example: •http://website.ru •https://website.ru •ftp://192.100.0.0 |
Links can be added to the document directly, without calling the insert window. To do this, proceed as follows: 1.Enter the URL of the link in the desired place in the document. 2.Press Space or Enter (
