In MyOffice Text, you can use the bookmarks the same way you would use them when reading a paper book. Bookmarks allow you to quickly get back to the specific parts of your document. They can be added to text, tables and their elements (rows, column, cells), images, headers and footers.
1.Place the cursor where you want to add a bookmark or select the element where you want to add it. 2.Insert a bookmark in one of the following ways: •In the Command menu, select > . •On the Toolbar, click the button and in the drop-down list select . •On the Sidebar, select . 3.In the window that opens on the Sidebar, specify the bookmark title. Don't use the existing bookmark titles. 4.Click or press ( ). The bookmark will be added to the list of bookmarks on the Sidebar. |
To display bookmarks in a document, display non-printable characters. Bookmarks are marked with icon. |
•In the Command menu, select > . •On the Toolbar, click the button and in the drop-down list select. •On the Sidebar, select . The window displays a list of bookmarks manually created by the user in the document. The document may also contain system bookmarks created automatically. To view them, in the lower part of the pane, check the check box. The names of the system bookmarks start with an underscore. Bookmarks in the list can be sorted as follows: •Sorting bookmarks alphabetically (from A to Z). This option is selected by default. • Sorting bookmarks depending on their location in the document (from top to bottom). Select the bookmark title in the list. The cursor will move there the bookmark is set. |
