You can save any document you open as a template. The template is a copy of the file you are working on with its formatting kept for the next files. Templates can be useful when you need to create similar documents containing slight differences as quickly as possible. This can be application forms, plans, orders, etc.
You can save your file as a template in the following way:
1. > Save as Template.
2.In the opened window, enter the file name.
3.The Destination folder box displays the path towards the folder where the template is going to be saved. Click Change if you want to select another folder.
•Click Save to save the template in the specified folder.
•Click Save and Open to save the template and open it in a new browser tab.
