To open a document in the preview mode, go to MyOffice Documents. In preview mode, the user can view the content of the document, download the document, open it in edit mode, or print it.
The View tool allows selecting and copying text of the previewed text documents in external formats (for example, .doc, .docx, .odt, .ods, .txt). Text is copied to the clipboard without formatting.
To open a document in preview mode, perform the following steps:
1.In MyOffice Documents, find the desired file in the list of files.
2.Right-click the file name and select View in the context menu.
If a document has been edited by another user, the user is notified when a new version of the preview page is available.
