When you download a file, you save it on the external media such as computer drive or flash drive.To download an open document, follow the steps below:
1.In the Command menu, select File > Download or press Shift+Ctrl+S (
Shift+
Cmd+S).
2.In the opened window, select the format in which the file will be downloaded and click Download.
3.In the opened standard system dialog window, select the folder to where you want to download the file and click Save.
Information about the downloaded file will be displayed in the download bar of the web browser you are using.
