When you download a file, you save it on the external media such as computer drive or flash drive.
To download an open document, follow the steps below:
1.In the Command menu, select File > Download.
2.In the drop-down list, select the format of the file that you want to download.
Information about the downloaded file will be displayed in the download bar of the web browser you are using.
