In MyOffice Spreadsheet, you can send any file by email as an attachment.
This operation can be performed if an email client is connected.
To send a file:
1.Click File > Send via Email.
2.In the opened window, select the format in which file will be sent from the drop-down list.
3.Enter the emails or select them from the contact list by clicking .
4.If needed, place the pointer on the profile picture of the user to whom you want to send an email and click Details to move to the page containing information about the user in MyOffice Contacts. Clicking the button will display the information about the contact in a new browser tab.
5.Write a message which will be displayed in the body of the email (optional).
6.Check the Send copy to myself box to receive the copy of the email.
7.Click Send.
