To show/hide the Toolbar, do one of the following:

If the Menu Bar is displayed, select View > Toolbars > Mail Toolbar.

Right-click the bookmarks bar and select Mail Toolbar in the context menu.

If the Toolbar is shown on the screen, right-click it and select Mail Toolbar in the context menu.

If the Toolbar is shown on the screen, click calendar_menu_btn MyOffice Mail menu button. In the menu that appears, select View > Toolbars > Mail Toolbar.

 

The Toolbar main window contains the following buttons:

1.Get messages: Download incoming messages for the main user account. To download incoming messages for another account, click the arrow to the right of the Get messages button. In the drop-down list, select the desired account. To download incoming messages for all user accounts, click the arrow to the right of the Get messages button and select Get All New Messages.  When the mouse pointer hovers over the button, a pop-up prompt appears "Get new messages for [ACCOUNT NAME]".

2.Write: Create a new message. When the mouse pointer hovers over the button, a pop-up prompt "Create a message" appears.

3.Address Book: Open the address book. When the mouse pointer hovers over the button, a pop-up prompt "Open address book" appears.

4.Tasks: Open the tasks pane. When the mouse pointer hovers over the button, a pop-up prompt "Open tasks" appears.

5.Calendar: Open the calendar. When the mouse pointer hovers over the button, a pop-up prompt "Open calendar" appears.

6.Tag: Open the list of commands to manage the tags. When the mouse pointer hovers over the button, a pop-up prompt "Assign a tag to the message" appears.

7.Quick Filter: Display or hide the quick filter pane. When the mouse pointer hovers over the button, a pop-up prompt "Filter messages" appears.

8.Synchronization: Open the account synchronization window. When the mouse pointer hovers over the button, a pop-up prompt "Open synchronization parameters" appears.

9.menu Open MyOffice Mail menu: Open MyOffice Mail application menu. When the mouse cursor pointer over the button, a pop-up prompt "Open MyOfficeMail menu" appears.

The Toolbar also contains the global search line.
