Accept or reject changes

You can accept or reject all or part of the changes made to the document in Review mode.

Accept and reject a change in full

To fully accept and reject an individual change, do the following:

1.Select the change on the Reviewing pane.

2.Accept or reject the change in one of the following ways:

•On the Reviewing pane or on the Toolbar, click one of the buttons: knpk_accept_changes Accept Change or knpk_reject_changes Reject Change.

•In the Command menu, select Tools > Review > Accept change/Reject change.

•Press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+A ( command Cmd+ option Option+ shift Shift+A) to accept a change and Ctrl+Alt+Shift+R ( command Cmd+ option Option+ shift Shift+R) to reject it.

Accept or reject a change partially

To partially accept and reject an individual change, do the following:

1.Use the left mouse to select the part of the change in the document that you want to accept or reject.

2.Accept or reject part of the change in one of the ways:

•On the Toolbar, click knpk_accept_changes Accept Change/ knpk_reject_changes Reject Change.

•In the Command menu, select Tools > Review > Accept change/ Reject change.

•Press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+A ( command Cmd+ option Option+ shift Shift+A) to accept a change and Ctrl+Alt+Shift+R ( command Cmd+ option Option+ shift Shift+R) to reject it.

Accept and reject all changes

You can accept or reject all changes at once. Do one of the following:

•On the Toolbar to the right of the knpk_accept_changes Accept Change / knpk_reject_changes Reject Change button, click the button and select Accept all changes or Reject all changes.

•On the Toolbar, select Review > Accept all changes or Reject all changes.

•In the Command menu, select Tools > Review > Accept all changes or Reject all changes.
