Accept or decline changes
You can accept or reject changes by using the

buttons located on Reviewing pane, the Review menu of the Control bar, or using the Command menu >Tools > Review.
Accept and reject selected change

Accept and reject all changes
You can accept or reject all changes at once: 1.Go to the Review menu on the Control bar. 2.From the drop-down list of commands, select the desired command: Accept all changes or Reject all changes. You can accept or reject all the changes made using the Command menu >Tools > Review > Accept all changes/Reject all changes. |
