It is recommended to save the changes in the document you are working on from time to time to avoid data loss in case of power loss or other system failure.

To save the changes in the document you are working on, do one of the following:

Click the main_menu_button button and run the Save from the main menu.

On the Home tab, in the File, click t_file_save Save.

On the Home tab, in the File group, click the arrow to the right of the t_file_save Save button and select Save command from the drop-down list.

When working in macOS, select File > Save command from the command menu.

Press Ctrl+S (Windows, Linux) or ⌘Cmd+S(macOS).
