Select the thickness and line type of the shape outline

To specify the thickness and type of a line for a shape outline, follow the steps below:

1.Left-click to select a shape or double-click to select a shape to enter its editing mode.

2.On the Home tab, in the Shape group, click the arrow to the right of the  Shape outline button.

3.In the settings pane, specify the desired line thickness in the Line weight box manually or using the buttons.

4.Select the outline line type from the options at the bottom of the settings pane.
