Select a template manually

To manually create a template-based file in .xots format, use one of the following methods:

–In the file manager, double-click the template with the left mouse button. Some Linux operating systems require a single left-click.

–Open MyOffice Spreadsheet. Click the button and run the New from template command from the main menu. When working in macOS, you can also run the File > New from template command from the command menu. In the file manager window that opens, select the template on the basis of which you want to create a file and click Open.

–OpenMyOffice Spreadsheet and drag the template or its shortcut from the operating system file manager window to the open application window.

The document created on the basis of the selected template will open.
