The Quick actions pane contains a list of commands available in the macOS application's command menu, main menu, and on the Toolbar.
To expand the Quick actions pane, do one of the following:
–Click the
button and run the Quick actions command from the main menu.
–On the Toolbar, place the cursor on the Find (Ctrl+/) bar.
–When working in macOS, run the Help > Quick actions command from the command menu.
–Press Ctrl+/ (Windows, Linux) or ⌘Cmd+/ (macOS).

To select a command, use one of the following methods:
–Scroll to the desired command using the mouse wheel or the right vertical scroll bar. Confirm the command selection with a left mouse click or by pressing Enter.
–Start typing the command name in the search bar. When the desired command appears in the search results, select it using the mouse or keyboard keys:
•Left-click the command or style line.
•Select the command or style line with the ↓ and ↑ keys and press Enter.
The Quick actions pane collapses automatically when running a command or applying a style. To hide the pane without selecting a command or style, click anywhere outside the pane or press Esc.
