You can print the following:
•Document fragment: Must be specified manually.
•Defined area: Must be specified manually or selected automatically if the print area is set for the document in a third–party editor.
•Document sheet: Must be selected automatically if no fragment of the document is selected or no area is set for printing.
To print a fragment of a document, follow these steps:
1.Select the cell, range of cells, rows or columns from which you want to print the data.
2.Open the context menu by right-clicking on the selected cells or on the headers/contents of the selected rows/columns.
3.In the context menu, select the Print selection command.
The Print setup and print window opens.
When printing a document, the defined area is automatically selected if it is specified in the MyOffice Spreadsheet application or in a third-party application. For example, in the Excel application using the Page layout > Print area command or in the LibreOffice Calc application using the Format > Print ranges command.
To specify the print area in the MyOffice Spreadsheet application, follow these steps:
1.Select the area on the sheet that you want to print.
2.On the Page layout tab, click
Print area and select Define print area command. When working in macOS, run the Format > Print area > Define print area command from the command menu.
The borders of the selected print area are highlighted with a thick blue frame. This frame can be hidden, if needed. To do this, follow these steps:
1.In the Page setup tab, click
Print area. When working in macOS, run the Format > Print area command from the command menu.
2.Clear the Print area borders option.
To display the frame, select this option again.
To change the print area (for example, if the print area was selected incorrectly), follow these steps:
1.On the Page layout tab, click the
Print area button and select Clear print area. When working in macOS, run the Format > Print area> Clear print area command from the command menu.
2.Reselect the print area as described above.
To print the defined area, open the Print setup and print window using one of the following methods:
•Click the
button and run the Page setup and print command from the main menu.
•On the Home tab, select the File group and click the arrow to the right of the
Quick print button. In the drop-down list, select Page setup.
•When working in macOS, run the File > Print setup and print command from the command menu.
•Press Ctrl+P (Windows, Linux) or
Cmd+P (macOS).
The Print setup and print window opens.
Print the current sheet
To print the current document sheet, follow these steps:
1.Make sure that the print area is not set for the document.
2.Open the Print setup and print window using one of the following methods:
•Click the
button and run the Page setup and print command from the main menu.
•On the Home tab, select the File group and click the arrow to the right of the
Quick print button. In the drop-down list, select Page setup.
•When working in macOS, run the File > Print setup and print command from the command menu.
•Press Ctrl+P (Windows, Linux) or
Cmd+P (macOS).
The Print setup and print window opens.
