Recent files

MyOffice Presentation stores a list of documents you have recently worked with.

To open a file from this list, do one of the following:

–Click the button. The main menu and the Recent files pane will open. In the Recent files pane, select the desired file.

– When working in macOS, run the File > Recent files command from the command menu and select the desired file from the sub-menu that appears.

If the list of recent files has become irrelevant, clear it. To do this, in the Recent files pane, click Clear. When working in macOS, you can also run the File > Recent files > Clear command from the command menu.
