Toolbar

The Toolbar contains:

– : Button to open the main menu.

–Tabs for switching between Toolbar tools.

–Find search bar: Used to search for quick actions.

–Avatar: Contains the initials or photo of the operating system user. When you log in to the cloud, it changes to the avatar of the user of the MyOffice Documents Online system.

When the main window is minimized, arrow buttons appear on the Toolbar to move between the tools in the upper and lower parts of the Toolbar.

If the Home tab is selected on the Toolbar:

–On the tab, tool groups are collapsed one by one, from right to left. However, if the tools of a group have been expanded manually, the group will not collapse.

–When the window width does not allow all tool groups to be displayed, arrow buttons appear.

When the main window is enlarged on the Home tab, the tool groups are expanded sequentially from left to right.
