User profile
The user profile page has the following elements:
Profile header
In this section you can upload your photo (avatar) and check the login and email that you used when registering with MyOffice Private Cloud. The profile header also contains the used disk space indicator to display the available disk space for file storage. You cannot change or add a photo (avatar) if the user's quota limit is reached. |
Profile tab
The Profile tab contains the following elements which can be edited by the user: •First name, last name, middle name •Birth date •Company, position •Contacts (email or phone number (work, home, mobile or other). You can add several contact fields with emails or phone numbers. •Notes to the profile |
Settings tab
Use the Settings tab for the following additional settings for your account: •Change recovery email •Change the password •Change interface language |
You can also see the red banner set up by the system administrator at the top of the page. To close it, click the button 
on it. For more information about the banner content, contact your system administrator.
