You can recover the password only if an email client is connected.

To recover the password, do the following:

1.Open the welcome page and click the Forgot password? hyperlink.

2.In the opened window, enter your MyOffice Private Cloud login and click Restore.

The password recovery link will be automatically sent to the recovery email specified in the user profile.

If you recover the password, the access settings (two-factor authentication) will be reset and you will need to set it up again (for more information, see Two-factor authentication).
