Command menu

The Command menu of MyOffice Text contains menus corresponding to the main functions of the application:

File

Edit

Insert

Format

Tools

View

Share

Extensions

Help

Each of these menus contains sub-menus, the commands in which are grouped according to the principle of adjacency.

To quickly run a command, you can use:

Keyboard shortcuts which are specified next to the commands in the Command menu.

Quick Actions box.

Toolbar

The Toolbar contains tools for working with the content of the document. You can change the way the Toolbar is displayed.

Workspace

The current sheet of the document is displayed in the workspace.

Sidebar

The Sidebar contains the following buttons:

side_panel_search Find and Replace: Open the Find and Replace pane.

side_panel_macro Macros: Open the Macros pane. The button is displayed if the file contains at least one macro.

side_panel_recovered_files Recovered Files: Open the document backups pane. The button is displayed if there is at least one unsaved copy.

side_panel_header Header or side_panel_footer Footer: Open the Header and Footer pane. The button is displayed when a header or a footer is selected.

If a document is open in the Cloud, the Sidebar displays avatars of reviewers who are working on that presentation at the same time as the current user.

Status bar

The Status bar displays the following elements:

The current page number and the total number of pages in the document.

Server connection status indicator which is displayed when a presentation that is stored in the Cloud is open in the application.

Document access permission level: Displayed if a presentation located in the Cloud is opened in the application and the user is not the author of this presentation.

Tools to zoom in or out the document.
