Screen elements

The Command menu of MyOffice Text contains the menus reflecting the core features of the application:

•File

•Edit

•Insert

•Format

•Tools

•View

•Share

•Extensions

•Help

Click one of the menus to expand a list of commands it carries.

For fast command running, use one of the following options:

•Press the keyboard shortcuts indicated to the right of the menu command.

•Use the Quick actions box.

The Toolbar contains tools for working with the content of the document. You can change the way the Toolbar is displayed.

The workspace represents the current page of a document.

The Sidebar contains the following buttons:

 Find and Replace: Open the Find and Replace pane.

 Macros: Open the Macros pane. The button is displayed if the file contains at least one macro.

Recovered Files: Open the document backups pane. The button is displayed if there is at least one unsaved copy.

 Header or  Footer: Open the Header and Footer pane. The button is displayed when a header or a footer is selected.

Avatars of collaborators are displayed on the Sidebar, if the document is opened from the Cloud and is being worked on by multiple users simultaneously.

The Status bar displays the following elements:

•The current page number and the total number of pages in the document.

•Cloud connection indicator which is displayed if the file is opened in the Cloud.

•Document access type which is displayed if a file located in the Cloud is opened in the application and the user is not the author of this file.

•Tools to zoom in or out the document.
