The chart in the application is automatically updated when the data in the cells on which it is based changes. You do not need to rebuild it manually.
To edit the data manually, change the values in the cells of the original data range. The chart will be updated.
Automatically updating the chart
The chart also rebuilds automatically if you:
–Hide or display rows and columns in a data range.
–Add or delete rows and columns.
–Sort or filter data.
–Merge or split cells.
–Change the format of data.
Data editing features
–If you delete all data or rows, the chart will appear as empty.
–Adding new data inside the range (e.g. inserting a row) is automatically taken into account. Adding data from the edge of the range may require you to manually expand the chart's data range through its settings.
