How can we help you?

In the application you can visualize your data by creating different types of charts. Any chart can be selected on the sheet by clicking on it — it will be highlighted with a blue frame, and then you can start editing it or changing its layout and size.

Available chart types

The application supports all major chart types, each of which can have multiple formats for optimal data presentation:

Column chart: ideal for comparing discrete data across categories.

Bar chart: essentially a horizontal bar graph; useful for comparing values or displaying ratings.

Line chart: great for showing trends and changes in data over time.

Area chart: emphasizes the magnitude of change and the total sum across data series.

Pie chart and Doughnut chart: shows the proportion of parts to the whole.

Basic features

Once you have created a chart, you can manage it flexibly:

Modify data: at any time you can change the original range of cells on which the chart is based.

Customize the appearance: you can change the chart type, color scheme, titles, captions, legend and other visual elements.

Control on the sheet: you can freely move the chart around the sheet, resize it with the mouse, and copy, cut, and paste it both within the document and into other applications.

Copy, cut, paste a chart

You can perform these actions through the standard clipboard tools.

For correct data display, only paste charts within a single XODS format file. When pasting into another file or application, references to data ranges will be lost.
