The Freeze option allows you to snap (fix) rows and columns as you scroll.
Tools
You can lock rows and columns using the context menu of the row or column header or the Freeze menu on the Page layout tab.
Freeze rows or columns
1.Select the desired cell or range of cells.
2.From the Freeze menu, select the desired freeze option.
Unfix rows or columns
1.Select the desired cell or range of cells.
2.From the Freeze menu, select Unfreeze all.
