You can insert a link into any text field and table cell. The inserted link can be changed and copied.

Insert a link using the command

To insert a link, follow these steps:

1.Place the cursor where the link is inserted or select the text that should be displayed as a link.

2.Open the Insert Link window using one of the following methods:

In the Command menu, select Insert > Link.

Click the knpk_insert_linkLink button on the Toolbar. If the window size does not allow the entire Toolbar to be displayed, commands to insert a link will be available by clicking the more More button on the Toolbar.

Right-click and select Insert Link in the context menu.

3.In the window that opens, in the Text field, enter the text that will be displayed as a link. The text selected before inserting the link will be automatically inserted into the Text field.

4.In the URL field, enter the URL of the page to which the link will lead.

5.Click OK.

The text of the inserted link will have the default formatting, change the formatting if necessary.

When adding a link to a selected text piece that already contains a link or part of it:

An edit window for an existing link will open if the selection starts with a link.

A window will open for adding a new link to the selected fragment if the selection starts with plain text.

Insert link directly

The link can be inserted directly, without opening the insert window. To do this, proceed as follows:

1.Enter the URL of the link in the desired place on the slide.

2.Press Space or Enter (return Return).

To make the link active, enter its URL along with the protocol. For example:

http://website.ru

https://website.ru

ftp://192.100.0.0

MyOffice Presentation (Beta) automatically recognizes and makes active links of the following types:

www.website.ru

user.name@domain.ru

There is no need to enter protocols for these types of links.

 

Edit the inserted link

To change the inserted link, follow these steps:

1.Open the link editing window using one of the following methods:

Hover over the link or click on it with the left mouse button, click edit_link Edit Link in the pop‑up window .

Right-click the link and select Edit Link in the context menu.

Click the knpk_insert_link Link button on the Toolbar. If the window size does not allow the entire Toolbar to be displayed, the command will be available by clicking the more More button on the Toolbar.

2.Make changes in the window that opens and save them.

 

Copy link address

To copy the link address, use one of the following methods:

Hover the cursor over the link or click it with the left mouse button, and in the pop-up window click copy_link Copy link button.

Right-click on the link and select Copy Link URL in the context menu.

 

Go to the link

You can go to the link inserted into the document in one of the following ways:

Hover the cursor over the link or click it with the left mouse button. In the pop-up window, click the link address.

Right-click the link and select Open Link in the context menu.

Click the link with the left mouse button while holding down the Ctrl (command Cmd) key.
