Edit a link

To open the link editing window, use one of the following methods:

1.Place the cursor on the link and in the tooltip, click  Edit link.

2.Place the cursor on the link or select a part of the link/the entire link and do one of the following:

•On the Insert tab, click  Link.

•Right-click to open the context menu and select the Edit link command.

•When working in macOS, run the Insert > Link command from the command menu.

•Press Ctrl+K (Windows, Linux) or ⌘Cmd+K (macOS).

In the Edit link window, make the required changes to the link text and address and click OK.
