How can we help you?

In a presentation, you can hide some slides so that they are not displayed during the slide show. This can be useful when the presentation contains draft slides along with the finished slides, or the presentation is to be shown to different audiences.

If you want to hide or display multiple slides in a presentation, hide or display them one at a time.

To hide a slide, follow the steps below:

1.Select a slide on the Slide bar.

2.Hide the slide in one of the following ways:

On the Slide tab, click t_slide_hide_slide Hide slide.

Right-click to open the context menu of the slide and run the Hide slide command.

When working in macOS, run the Slide > Hide slide command from the command menu.

To display a previously hidden slide, follow the steps below:

1.Select a slide on the Slide bar.

2.Display the slide in one of the following ways:

On the Slide tab, click t_slide_unhide_slide Unhide slide.

Right-click to open the context menu of the slide and run the Unhide slide command.

When working in macOS, run the Slide > Unhide slide command from the command menu.
