You can open the content of the clipboard history in a separate window for convenience. To do this, proceed with one of the following:
–On the Home tab, in the Edit group, click the arrow to the right of the
Paste button and select Paste from clipboard > Clipboard history command from the drop-down list.
–Open the context menu by right-clicking anywhere on the slide and select Paste from clipboard > Clipboard history.
–When working in macOS, run the Edit > Paste from clipboard > Clipboard history command from the command menu.
–Press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+V (Windows), Win+V (Linux) or ⌥Option+⇧Shift+⌘Cmd+V (macOS).
The clipboard history window can be moved to any area of the working window. To do this, drag it by the title bar while holding down the left mouse button.

When working with the clipboard history:
–You can navigate through the slots of the clipboard by pressing the ↓ and ↑ keys.
–You can paste the desired slot from the clipboard by clicking the left mouse button or by pressing Enter.
–To switch between the document editing area and the clipboard window, press Tab.
To close the clipboard history window, click
in the window title bar.
