Edit table content

To place the cursor in a cell:

–If the cell is not selected, double-click the cell with the left mouse button.

–If the cell is selected, click it once with the left mouse button.

You can move between table cells using ←, ↑, ↓, → keys on the keyboard.

If you want to quickly delete data in a cell, column, row or the entire table:

1.Select the desired table element or select the entire table content.

2.Do one of the following:

•On the Home tab, in the Edit group, click  Delete.

•Press Backspace (Windows, Linux) or Delete (Windows, Linux, macOS).
