You can quickly replace an image inserted into a document with a new one. In this case, the size, proportions and position of the original image are retained for the new image.

Images to replace should meet the requirements of the images to be inserted.

In the presentation, you can replace:

Separate image.

Image from the group.

All images in a group that includes only images. In this case, all images in the group will be replaced by the selected image.

To replace the image, do the following:

1.Save the image to replace it in any folder on your computer.

2.Select the object to be replaced:

To replace an individual image, select that image.

To replace an image from a group, select that group, and then select the image in the group.

To replace all images in a group, select the group.

3.On the Home tab, click the arrow to the right of the t_shape_fill_color_white Fill color button.

4.In the color selection pane, in the Image block, click Replace.

5.In the file manager window, select the image to replace and click Open.

You can also replace an individual image that is not part of a group with an image from the clipboard. To do this, follow these steps:

1.Copy the image to replace from the source.

2.Select the original image.

3.Paste the image from the Clipboard history in any convenient way.
