To send a message to a contact from the address book, follow these steps:
1.Select the contact in the address book.
2.Open the new message creation window using one of the following methods:
•On the Menu Bar, select File > New > Message.
•Select the contact with the right mouse button and execute the context menu command Write the email.
•In the contact data view area, click Write.
•In the contact data view area, click in the email address area.
•Press Ctrl+M/⌘Cmd+M.
3.Compose and send the email as described in the section Create a message.
