By default, when you create a table, cells have no color. Users can change the color using the button on the Toolbar or the Command menu > > . In the Toolbar, the color change button displays a color in which the user can quickly color a font without having to select it from the palette:
•Blue "p_xo_list_bullet" style="">•The last color used: After a color has been used.
•User-created "p_xo_text">Do add a background color, do the following:
1.Select the cells or a range of cells color you want to change the color of.
2.Click the arrow to the right of the button on the Toolbar. Or, in the Command menu, select >>.
3.In the palette that opens, select the desired color.
If the cell where the cursor is placed is highlighted in color, the current color of the text selection in the color palette window is checked. The upper part of the palette displays the last used colors.
To quickly apply the last used color or default color to cells:
1.Select the cells or a range of cells color you want to change the color of.
2.Click the button on the Toolbar.
To remove the cell fill, follow these steps:
1.Select the cells or a range of cells color you want to remove the background color of.
2.Click the arrow to the right of the button on the Toolbar. Or, in the Command menu, select >>.
3.In the opened palette, select .
In the color palette window, the current text color is ticked. The last used colors are displayed at the top of the palette. In the lower part of the palette window you can find the user-created colors. To set your own color, do the following: 1.Click in the lower part of the palette. 2.Adjust the color settings in the window that appears: enter the HEX code of the color or choose it yourself: •The color tone is selected on a horizontal scale. Left-click the color scale or hold down the left mouse button on the scale and move the cursor. •The color shade is selected with the marker. Left-click the color field or hold down the left mouse button and move the marker. 3.Click to apply the selected color. Or click to leave without saving the changes. The newly created color will be displayed in the section. |
