MyOffice Spreadsheet automatically keeps the list of the last files opened in the application. You can easily access these files since the list is stored directly in the application. The Recent Files list stores both local files and files opened from the cloud. The files opened from the cloud are marked with a cloud icon next to them.
To open a file from this list, click the button. The main menu and the Recent files pane will open. In the Recent files pane, select the desired file. When working in macOS, you can also run the File > Recent files command from the command menu and select the desired file from the sub-menu that appears.
If the list of recent files has become irrelevant, clear it. To do this, in the Recent files pane, click Clear. When working in macOS, you can also run the File > Recent files > Clear command from the command menu.
