Delete a table

To delete a table as a whole, select it or place the cursor in a cell and use one of the following methods:
•On the Command menu, select Table > Delete table.
•Click the 
button on the Toolbar.
•Right-click the table and select Delete table in the context menu.
•Press Alt+Shift+T (
Option+
Shift+T) when placing the cursor in a cell or Backspace/Delete (Fn+Backspace) when selecting the whole table.
