Delete rows or columns

1.Place the cursor in the cell that is in the row or column to be deleted.

2.Delete a row or a column in one of the following ways:

•In the Table menu, select the command to delete a row or a column.

•Click one of the buttons on the Toolbar.

•Right-click on the cell and select the command to delete a row or a column command in the context menu.

•Press Alt+Ctrl+R ( Option+ Cmd+R) to delete a row and Alt+Ctrl+U ( Option+ Cmd+U) to delete a column.

To delete multiple rows or columns at once, select them and delete them using one of the methods described above.
