How can we help you?

By default, cells are filled with color when users create a table.

To change the fill color, do the following:

1.Place the cursor in the cell or select a range of cells the color of which you want to change.

2.On the Toolbar, click colour_cell_arrow to the right of the colour_cell Cell Background Color button.

3.Select a color from the palette that opens.

After selecting the color, the colour_cell button is colored in the last used color.

If the cell in which the cursor is located is highlighted in color, in the color palette window the current selection color is marked with tick_colour.

You can also upload an image as a cell fill. Do the following:

1.Place the cursor in the cell or select a range of cells for which the image fill is set.

2.On the Toolbar, click colour_cell_arrow to the right of the colour_cell Cell Background Color button.

3.At the bottom of the palette that opens, click Browse. If an image has already been set as a fill for the selected cell or range of cells, click the Replace button.

4.In the system window that opens, select an image.

The proportions of the image uploaded as a cell fill are not saved. The image fills the entire space of the cell.

After setting the image as a cell fill, the button changes to image_cell.

To remove the cell fill, do the following:

1.Place the cursor in the cell or select a range of cells for which the cell fill is removed.

2.On the Toolbar, click colour_cell_arrow to the right of the colour_cell Cell Background Color button.

3.In the palette that opens, click No color.

Color palette window

In the color palette window, the current fill color is marked with tick_colour.

The palette window is divided into the following sections:

Recent colors: The last five colors used by the user.

Theme colors: A preset color palette.

More colors: Contains the custom_colour button and user-created colors.

The color tone is selected on a horizontal scale. Left-click on the color scale or hold down the left mouse button on the scale and move the cursor.

The color shade is selected with the marker. Left-click on the color field or hold down the left mouse button and move the marker.
