To move or copy one or more messages to another folder:
1.On the Mail tab, in the Message List, select one or multiple messages.
2.Right-click the line of one of the selected messages. A context menu opens.
3.In the context menu, select Move To or Copy To.
4.Select the desired folder.
The messages will be moved or copied to the selected folder.
