Threads (conversations) is a convenient way to display a list of your messages in the application. Instead of listing messages sorted by date, the application can group messages in tree structures by threads.
In threads, messages are arranged hierarchically. This is a convenient viewing mode when many people are replying to different messages in a conversation. In addition, in threads you can perform bulk actions on messages, such as deleting or ignoring the entire conversation.
