An event author can change all the parameters of an event he or she has created. The event participant can only set a reminder for the event.

Edit an event

To edit an event you have created:

1.On the Calendar tab, from the context menu of the event on the Time Grid, in the Event List, or on the Today Pane, select Edit. If the event is recurring, select an option to edit the event: only this recurrence or all recurrences of the event. The event editing window will open.

2.Change the main parameters of the event:

Calendar: the calendar in which the event will be displayed. When you select someone else's calendar for which you have been granted edit permissions, you can select the owner of that calendar as the organizer on the Attendees tab.

Title: name of the event.

Location: location of the event (if necessary).

Start and End: start and end time of the event (see below).

Repeat: period of repetition of the event (see below).

Reminder: reminder of the event. Using the Custom item, you can customize multiple reminders in detail.

Add Conference (only when connected to the "MyOffice Mail" PSN server): add a link to a video conference using integrated services (if available).

3.Enter the event Description.

4.Attach a file to the event using the Attach button.

5.Add participants to the event using the Invite Attendees button.

6.Change the priority and privacy of the event using the Options > Priority and Privacy menu.

7.Change the status of the event using the Options > Status menu.

8.Save the event by clicking the Send and Close button.

The event information will be updated. When you save the event, if you have made changes, an email will be sent to the event participants about the changes made.

Change the start and end date of the event

To customize the start and end date and time of the event in the Event Creation Window:

1.If the event lasts all day, select the All day Event check box.

2.In the Start line, select the start date and time of the event.

3.In the End line, select the end date and time of the event.
