When sending messages, automatically
–Place a copy in check box: move copies of the message to the selected folder.
–Place replies in the folder of the message being replied to check box: saves replies in the original mail folder.
–Cc these email addresses check box: send copies of the message to the entered addresses.
–Bcc these email addresses check box: send hidden copies of the message to the entered addresses.
Message Archives
–Keep message archives in check box: save archived messages to the selected folder.
–Archive options button: customize the message archiving settings.
Drafts and Templates
–Keep draft messages in options: save draft messages to the selected folder.
–Keep message templates in options: save message templates to the selected folder.
–Show confirmation dialog when messages are saved check box.
