Available commands on the Control bar of the uploaded document:

Command	Description	Availability
Collapse	Collapse the document	Users with permissions to Edit, Manage and to the Owner
Full screen	Expand to full screen	All users
Open in a new window	Open in the editor	All users
Shared access	Configure access permissions	Users with Manage and Owner permissions
Actions with documents	Clicking on the button opens a menu of actions: the above commands and the command Copy link	All users
