In MyBoard multiple users can work simultaneously on the whiteboard. The file Owner can grant other users access to their files and folders.
The following types of access permissions may be provided to documents: View, Comment, Edit, Manage and Access denied.
Both the owner and the user with the Manage permission can change the permissions granted to other users to an element.
When multiple users collaborate on a file, MyBoard displays the following:
•Avatars of co-authors are displayed in the top part of the whiteboard. When a user holds the cursor over the co-author's avatar, their user name is displayed.
•A cursor of the same color as the co-author's avatar is displayed on the whiteboard.
•When a co-author performs editing, the other co-authors synchronously see the changes on the whiteboard.
The default limit is 50 users.
