To add a document to the whiteboard, do the following:
1.Click on the document icon
on the Toolbar.
2.Click anywhere in the workspace. A menu will appear. Click From cloud.
3.Select a document.
4.Click Select.
As a result of the operation, the document will be added to the board in view mode, regardless of access permission.
If there are already more than two documents on the board, it will be added in a collapsed form.
When working with documents on the board, the following features are also available:
–Layer management
–Multiple selection of objects
–Grouping objects
–Possibility to place objects in one area
