The Command menu includes the following menus:

The File menu contains the basic commands for working with a document:
•Create: Expands the list of applications to create files: Text, Spreadsheet, Presentation, Board.
•Recents: Expands the list of previously created board files.
•
Upload and open: Allows to upload and open a file from the user's device.
•
Share: Allows to grant access to the file to other users.
•
Share a link: Creates a link to a file.
•
Send by email: Allows to send the file by email as an attachment (if the email program is set up).
•
Rename: Allows to change the name of the current file.
•
Create a copy: Allows to create a copy of the current file.
•
Download: Allows to download a file to the user's device or an external storage medium.
•
Mark as important: Flag a file.
•
Subscribe to notifications: Subscribe to file-related notifications.
•Info: Opens a properties pane of the internal format file the user is working on.
•Close: Close the current file.
The View button contains the following items:
•Comments
•User cursors
This feature allows to hide or show comments and/or user cursors depending on the currently set mode. By default, the whiteboard shows comments and/or user cursors. If the mode is activated, the check mark is on to the left of the item.
