Set up access via the link
Available for file owners and users with management rights.
To set up access via a link:
1.Open the share window.
2.In the drop-down list The file is available, select the desired option:
•To users with access
•Anyone with a link
3.Select the type of permissions:
–View
–Comment
–Edit
After that, you can copy the link, send the link by email or to MySquadus.
As a result, all registered users will have access to the file when clicking on the link.
To remove access via the link, in the drop-down window The file is available, select To users with access.
The files available via the link are displayed in the Recent folder and do not take up space in the quota.
