Watch whiteboard user actions

Whiteboard user actions can be watched by all users with any type of access permissions.

To start watching a user's actions on the whiteboard, use one of the methods:

1.Click the avatar of the active user on the whiteboard.

2.Click the row with the user in the list of whiteboard members.

In the watch mode, the workspace of the selected user is highlighted with a frame that matches the avatar color and moves with the user's cursor.

To stop watching the actions, use one of the following methods:

1.Click on the selected user avatar.

2.Click the row with the selected user in the list of whiteboard members.

3.Close the frame by clicking the button.

4.Zoom in on the whiteboard workspace using the zoom bar or mouse wheel.

5.Select another user to be watched.

Exiting the watch mode can also occur if:

1.The selected user canceled monitoring their actions by clicking the Stop watching me button in the list of whiteboard users.

2.The selected user has logged out of MyBoard application.

3.You or a selected user has updated the board.
