View mode

In the View mode, the board can be opened:

–By users with the permission to view or comment.

–By users with a profile setting Open documents in the view mode.

If the limit of users working simultaneously on the board is exceeded, the corresponding banner will be displayed.

To hide the information banner, click .

Available functions in the View mode:

–Change the board in real time.

–Display the list of active users.

–User cursors visibility. To enable or disable the feature, go to View > User cursors or use the context menu (accessed by right-clicking).

–View the actions of the board participants.

Request an access upgrade

To request an access upgrade:

1.O the upper right side of the board, click Request higher access.

2.Add a message if needed.

3.Click Send.

A request for higher access will be sent to the board owner. A notification "Request sent" will be displayed in the workspace.
