In the Edit mode, the whiteboard can be opened by the file owner, as well as by users with the Edit or Manage permissions.
Available actions in Edit mode:
•Make changes to the whiteboard.
•See the actions of other users working on the whiteboard.
•Displaying the list of active users.
•Visibility of user cursors. To enable or disable the function, go to View > User cursors or use the context menu (called by right-clicking the mouse).
•Watching the actions of the whiteboard members.
To enter the edit mode, make sure that the number of users is not exceeded. To do this, refresh the page by clicking Refresh page or any other preferred way.
If the space becomes available, the whiteboard will open in edit mode.
