You can enable tracking of changes made to a document.
Enable or disable change tracking
To enable or disable change tracking, use one of the following methods:
–Click the Track changes radio button on the control panel.
–Press the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Alt+Shift+E (Cmd+Option+Shift+E).
The next time you open the file, change tracking will be active in the same state as before you closed it.
Features when change tracking is enabled
–All new changes to the document are registered.
–Viewing, accepting and rejecting corrections is available.
Features when change tracking is disabled
–New changes are made to the document directly and are not registered.
–You can still review, accept and reject changes made previously while the mode was enabled.
Collaboration
Different access rights are provided for collaborating on a document.
The document owner, users with the Manage permission can enable or disable tracking of changes.
The document owner, users with the Manage or Edit permission can accept or reject changes.
