You can add text, links, bookmarks, and the current date and time to a shape in the body of a document.
Add text and other content to a shape
1.Double-click the left mouse button on the outline of the shape to enter the editing mode. A cursor will appear inside the shape.
2.Type text or insert the desired content using the buttons on the Insert tab or the context menu.
3.To exit the editing mode, left-click anywhere in the document outside the shape.
Adjust the shape size to fit the text
1.Select the shape.
2.On the Home tab, in the Shape group, click Resize shape to fit text.
When enabled, the shape size will automatically change when you add or remove text. To return to the original size, click the button again.
