Version history

In the Version history section, you can view all previous versions of the current file and edit comments on the versions you have created.

To open the version history, from the Menu, select Version history.

Edit version name and comments

1.Find the version you want to edit in the list.

2.Use one of the following methods:

•Click the menu icon next to the version and select Edit name and comment.

•Click the comment field to start editing.

You can only edit versions that you are the author of. You can only change the name of a version through the version menu.
